QUESTION
Is humanity doing anything about climate change right now?
ANSWER:
Sadly, humanity is goofing off. Humanity is not really doing anything about the climate thing except for a lot of heroic talk and grandiose plans for the future. I should also mention that humanity has done nothing to control hydrothermal vents, mantle plumes, and ocean floor volcanism that together transfer huge quantities of carbon from the mantle, where the carbon is, to the crust where the climate is. Humanity is goofing off and not taking this climate crisis seriously even after they have been warned by climate scientists, who know it all, that climate change is “HUMANITY’S MORTALITY MOMENT”. We are doomed!
